Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS) is a manual and rehabilitation method performed at the Health Center Olimia. It is based on a scientific approach to developmental kinesiology. Functional, dynamic, and integrated trunk stability is the foundation of optimal movement in daily life, elite sports environments, and orthopedic patient rehabilitation

MORE about the implementation of the "DNS" method at Terme Olimia
Functional, dynamic, and integrated trunk stability is the basis of optimal movement in daily life, in the environment of elite sports, and in the rehabilitation of orthopedic patients. The main purpose of DNS is to change global functional patterns and improve trunk stability, which is essential for movement and balance. Good
trunk stability enables independence and long-lasting results in improving functional status and, of course, reducing pain.
The DNS method is used in conjunction with other principles of physiotherapy. The main focus is on movement patterns that mimic the body posture of infants and young children in the first two years of life, when they learn to turn, crawl, and transition to a standing position. Unlike
most traditional approaches, DNS helps restore the ideal muscle coordination of the stabilization system by stimulating global body patterns necessary for posture control and spinal stabilization throughout life.
